From firsthand experience as an hourly miner, to a Mine Safety Specialist, to a Mine Foreman and Drill and Charge Coordinator, we have seen the problems and what works. We have decided to take the experience of failing and succeeding in bridging the gap between safety and production, and helping others learn how to successfully work together to keep our employees safe without a major cost to the company.
